Ignorance is not always Bliss !!

The school bell rang,

The chaos descended into the orderly,

With all the little ones in the line, 

There was one missing,

The bright light shone through the hallway,

Her presence was like a soulful mannequin, 

Waiting for her friends, 

She was the docile one, 

With dreams of being heard, 

 Her existence was fabled,

 Few reaffirmed her presence, 

Many a seasons passed, 

Many a leaves withered,

 She finds herself the same mannequin in the hallway,  

 Today she has a voice to go with her soul, 

 Yet she is still not heard,

A thousand questions run through her mind, 

But she remains a silhouette and nothing more

   Thus ignorance has failed the world, 

For it stands bereaved, 

Of not knowing her charm. 

Thus the adage is not true, 

For Ignorance is not always bliss !!
