Seesaw!

I sit and it goes up,
I go up and it comes down,
Both the ends are a part of me,
I try to take care of one,
The other calls out for help,
I got to run,
All I need is peace,
Balancing is not merely an act,
Life is indeed a seesaw !

I definitely do not want to end up like the picture above :) Hope the madness slows down..Does it ever go away ? :)

HEAR ME OUT !

She looked around the room just to find walls staring at her. The silence was killing her. There was nobody to hear her out. She tried calling her friends but unfortunately was not able to get across to anybody. The pain and loss of a loved one had shaken her up. She went and gulped it all. All that was left was a blank note on which she was trying to scribble her feelings. She wanted to be heard and not judged. She wanted somebody to listen to her and help her get out of this sadness.

Well...I am sure this is not just another story. It has struck some of our loved ones. Some were lucky to survive but some just left us sad and helpless. You can do your bit by spreading awareness across your friends and family. Tell them to spread the word just to one person. Maybe like the man who was throwing back the starfish into the sea and made the difference. Each one of us will make a difference in spreading the word about "SAHAI". The number of suicide rates across the country. I really wish that people realized that life is so priceless and we should not give up so easily. All they need is the support of the loved ones. Many a times people drive themselves to death because of guilt or fear that shakes their souls from within. I have personally seen my loved one trying to take this route and the agony that the family goes through is insurmountable. I have been lucky to get back my loved one and wish that each person uses this helpline during those dark hours. They are truly comparable to angels who are helping drive people out of the dark phases of life.

Too much of tech is evil !! :)

Its been quite a long time since I held my pen :) Well its been very quiet in terms of life...I guess I was just basking in the glory of the new found life :) and got too lazy to login.

The fact is that I was checking on my blog pretty often, thanks to the latest entrant in life. Its pretty handy to use and you use the lappie only if you have to work :). I am sure its a no brainer...therez a new phone in life that has made me a bag of lazy bones if not anything else. I have been thinking to write a couple of posts which have been there on my mind but kept postponing it. Its so very true that technology is a necessary evil.
Life has become virtual all of a sudden where a call is being replaced by FB messages. An open invitation has the power to create chaos and hurt people. People kill themselves online. Its a mixed bag....

Getting back to the point, I think I need to get back to my neglected lappie and start boring you folks :)

Cya soon...
