She looked around the room just to find walls staring at her. The silence was killing her. There was nobody to hear her out. She tried calling her friends but unfortunately was not able to get across to anybody. The pain and loss of a loved one had shaken her up. She went and gulped it all. All that was left was a blank note on which she was trying to scribble her feelings. She wanted to be heard and not judged. She wanted somebody to listen to her and help her get out of this sadness.
Well...I am sure this is not just another story. It has struck some of our loved ones. Some were lucky to survive but some just left us sad and helpless. You can do your bit by spreading awareness across your friends and family. Tell them to spread the word just to one person. Maybe like the man who was throwing back the starfish into the sea and made the difference. Each one of us will make a difference in spreading the word about "SAHAI". The number of suicide rates across the country. I really wish that people realized that life is so priceless and we should not give up so easily. All they need is the support of the loved ones. Many a times people drive themselves to death because of guilt or fear that shakes their souls from within. I have personally seen my loved one trying to take this route and the agony that the family goes through is insurmountable. I have been lucky to get back my loved one and wish that each person uses this helpline during those dark hours. They are truly comparable to angels who are helping drive people out of the dark phases of life.
